Good build quality, but I returned it because it is too close to the rotating platform which holds the camera. So whatever you put on it, stands in a way of your camera. As a result, I put everything (light, microphone and monitor) on the 8Sinn camera cage, and then put the whole thing onto the Ronin-S gimbal.

This product gives you some mounting options but is is so close to the rotating part of the gimbal and that makes it very hard to mount anything on it.

Quick to put on, have to remove when packing away in the case. Good placement and very solid. Lots of threads, for precise mounting.

This works really well but make sure you tighten it past when you think it’s done

Almost cost me my gimbal ! I watched a few youtube videos where they attached handles to it. Its okay for mount anything but handles ! I had my external monitor and 2 handles attached to it... mid shoot the gimbal slid down was a horrific moment... it was securely tightened but it couldnt handle the weight of the ronin with a7iii with a 55mm zeiss lens please dont believe those guys who are telling you to do this !

Sturdy and well build, the hole positions werent all that perfect but I got it work.

Works perfectly, allows me to attach a monitor and microphone to my Ronin S. Great product.
