I have these and the veggie ones... started the veggies ones first and felt great, no issues. Shortly after starting these ones, I started noticing random intense panicky feelings on and off for about an hour each day. It took me a bit to figure out that it was always happening 30-60 minutes after taking one Orchard Fruits capsule. Stopped taking them and the panicky feelings never came back.

I finally realized that I am not a big fruit eater. While I do eat fruit from time to time, it's not as consistent as it should be. So that's when I decided to get some assistance by taking these capsules daily.
