This yeast energizer is a mixture of Di-ammonium phosphate, Springcell yeast hulls, vitamins, and magnesium sulphate. It is useful to re-start slow or stuck fermentations. Usage: For slow or stuck fermentations, use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of wine or beer.
