Great tool for cooking bacon but it has some precautions
Use this thing daily in the microwave to cook bacon. For your micowave, you will need to test bacon to get the right time for cooking. It should be one minute per slice, however microwaves vary in power. The deep crevice on the side is meant to hold oil, however it can overflow, if you put a lot of bacon on the tray. This was annoying for me, since a spill can have hot oil on the floor or on my feet!Regardless, this is a handy device for cooking bacon in a very short time.v

Expensive but effective although too narrow
This thing works as advertised and does a good enough job at microwaving bacon and draining the fat. No fundamental problems. But it is too narrow to put a slice on without bunching it up. That being said, after the bacon cooks and shrinks, it fits on the tray and turns out fine. My main objection is to the regular price of over $13. That's a bit steep for a piece of grooved plastic. I paid well under $10 on a lightning deal. At that price, I can live with the fact that the tray is a bit narrow since it otherwise works fine. It loses one star for the narrowness, and one star for the too-high price.

One Hot Tray (literally)
I use this tray exclusively for turkey bacon, sometimes "real" bacon. It accommodates four slices of bacon nicely and cooks evenly. It is easy to clean, too, with hot soapy water. Its only drawback is the tray itself gets VERY hot, something I discovered when I first used it. One needs a potholder to remove this tray from the microwave, something my eleven year old learned the hard way. With every other I own, none of my microwaveable containers get hot, only the food. What gives?

It works well
I have used this bacon cooker for a long time, totally worth the money, BUT, it is small, the bacon tray only fits 3 pieces of bacon, any more and the bacon hangs over the edge and the grease trap gets too full. But for 2 pieces of bacon in 4 minutes, perfect.

Good for small microwave
This is a nice little bacon tray. The only thing is a full long piece of bacon doesn't quite fit on the tray. My microwave is not big so I tried this smaller one. I had to cut the bacon so that it would fit. So, if you are looking for a full size, this is not the one

Good quality and value
I've always enjoyed these products in the past (ie Nordic / Viking etc...) for the microwave and it does a great job. The trick is finding the right size whereby the microwave you own and it's turntable will accommodate these spinning around <and> getting enough strips of bacon on them ... ie. at least 4 and up to 6. This does that for me (overhead microwave > stove-top).The other is cleaning ... wise idea to scrub them down quickly and drain out the grease to ensure a long life on them)... I've had them last 10 years before.

Just "ok"
Needs to be just a little bit wider. I tend to have to curl up the raw bacon slices so they don't hang over the edges, and its not like I'm buying an odd brand of bacon. It's not easy to clean, either. It usually comes out of the dishwasher needing to be scrubbed really hard with a scouring pad to get everything off.

Buy this since it was made in the USA.
This is very nice and MADE IN THE USA. It cooks the bacon nicely and it fits in my microwave. The only thing is that it can fit only 5 pcs. of bacon at a time. I would buy it again.
