Prime-Line H 3669 Awning Window Operator, Left-Hand, for Pan American (Single Pack)

I have a mid-1950’s-built Florida home and apparently jalousie windows were the thing back then. I was able to refit all the windows in my house and even though NONE of the anchor holes lined up perfectly—they were all close enough—with a little modification of course. Don’t be afraid to bore out the anchor base holes. I bored mine out ¼” at the base and had to bore out the arm attachment with a ½ inch drill bit because there was a dowel instead of a screw hole where you fix the new window operator to the actual window arm. The wider holes at the base gave me the wiggle room I needed to mount the controllers and the bored-out hole fit snuggly over the dowel. I give a 4-star rating—not perfect, but all good. My images are of the left controller (H3670), but both sides (H3669 & H3669) worked the same way for me. Cheers!

Have to order a new one of these every so often as the handle strips out and the window becomes non-functional. I’m on my 3rd one in 5 years.

It was totally amazing,I couldn't believe Amazion had these,my windows are 50 plus years old! I did have to do a slight modification, were it connected to the jalousy ,I had too drill out the hole were the old mechanism met the new,different hole size.But it works great
