Trombetta 772-1221-212 Sealed Contactor

Not much to say about this solenoid other than it works perfect and does the job that it's supposed to do. I wanted this solenoid for the mower that I use as it was the same brand and model. This Trombetta Starter solenoid is the exact same brand and model that some websites and sellers have as OEM for high end mowers like country clipper at nearly 4x the price. Don't let a lower price scare you away, that's actually how much these solenoids are supposed to cost.

I like it because it was easy to install and worked on the first install. I tested the old solenoid via a "YouTube" video and determined it was bad. As I mentioned, it's important to match the part numbers

This was the correct exact replacement for my Toro timecutter Z4200. Didn't have to modify the wire connections or anything. Bolts right in.

They seem to last only a year or so then they quit.

This product fit perfect, and replaced the original soleniod. Easy swapout, and engire started up fast.
