This tea helps my bloating/water retention issue I have. It helps the back pain, the head aches, the fatigue, and my mood swings. It’s a very calming tea. I will be purchasing this on a regular basis now. My life is about to become this much less stressful, without me stressing me out.

Some months I struggle more than others with cramps, and if I'm really struggling, I pull out this tea. It definitely helps during the intense cramps, and it works so much faster than pills. I'm always surprised at how fast it works when I drink the tea. It suggests using the tea bags twice, but the tea is so much weaker and doesn't work as well when I've tried it.

I really love this tea!! It tastes great on its own or with some sugar. It comes with 15 teabags but you use each bag twice. I usually have hot tea in the morning, then I get the same bag and let it seep all day in a cup with water and drink it cold and with ice at night.I’ve been using it for three months, and it really works. I start drinking it as soon as I begin my cycle and use about three tea bags per cycle, this makes 6 cups. I would say you would have to buy a bag every three months, which equals about $45 a year. I think it’s a wonderful investment, it really works and I even stopped using Midol, ibuprofen, and Tylenol, because I don’t have any more cramps, headaches or other PMS symptoms since I started using this tea. I don’t even use my heating pad anymore either. I get a little sad sometimes, but no where like before. I also talk myself through it and remind myself that I’m on my cycle so - I just take it easy with myself. Pair this tea with the diva cup and you have a smooth cycle. I recommend it! ♥️

I love to drink tea so I really like the concept and also what the founder herself has overcome and what the company stands for. I have been having some really rough periods since having a tubal ligation. Almost no flow to speak of but almost all of my other pms and period symptoms became worse soon after surgery. My mood swings and irritability are awful. That surgery was four years ago and I've tried many many pills to ease the discomfort since. So I do love that this is tea, not another pill. I do like the taste. I do feel some relief, especially if I remember to drink it twice a day, I just feel at ease. You are instructed to use each tea bag twice, so it's 30 servings. The price is a bit high but I'm halfway through my first bag of this stuff I will buy it again.

This tea is definitely worth all my money! I am 43 and have struggled with really bad cramps since I was 13yrs old (I even use PTO days just to be home buried under my bed) I’ve tried everything possible to help and nothing helps. I don’t really care for taking medication so it was mostly me and my heating pad as of lately until today!! I started drinking this tea 2 days ago because I knew today would be hell for me but to my surprise I have not had a single cramp. I’m a tea lover anyways and this tea I can honestly drink everyday (it’s so delicious). I can now still attend my kickboxing class tonight 💃🏽

I usually don't write reviews unless the product is really good or really bad! This product is very good, in taste and in helping relieving symptoms for either period syndrome or even perimenopause. I tried this tea because I have been struggling with both and it definitely worked, it boosted my emotional status to begin with and relieved my severe fatigue! seriously give it a try! This is product is just expensive to keep buying but according to research, all the ingredients to help relieve period syndrome and perimenopause this product contains those ingredients. IT WORKS!

I was skeptical about tea actually improving periods and I had a right to be. It doesn't do anything. It is as helpful as having tea when you are sick. Is it soothing, comforting, and hot? Yes. Does it do anything for cramps or bloating? Not that I could tell. I honestly don't even like the taste, even with sugar. I ended up just making my usual earl grey instead and have not finished this. I love the packaging, it is adorable. When I saw the "this tea has been prayed over" description on the bag I legit cried. PMS is real. It is a sweet idea, i just wish it worked!

I've always turned into "dragon momma" the last 4-5 days of my cycle. I was sick of not being able to control my emotions and felt like a terrible mom that I was so impatient with my kids once a month (more often than that, but worse than normal). I started drinking this tea the first day I felt a little grumpy and, holy smokes, I was able to keep it together! I didn't even feel that short tempered the whole time.
