Superb Knife and Beautiful Craftsmanship
These Enzo knives are some of my favorite to give as gifts. Made by Yaxell, a company crafting Damascus knives since the 30's, the quality is unmatched. Japanese layered Damascus are not only beautiful but cut like a scalpel with a 9-12 degree edge.

Amazing blade
Amazing blade almost too sharp, razor sharp doesnt explain it well enough, lets just say be very careful. This this slices through anything, potatoes, like butter, short ribs for kbbq tacos paper thin. Holds an edge well and is just beautiful.....buy buy buy don't think i need to add anything else to my collection maybe the 8 inch

Fabulous knife
I cook a lot...mostly vegetarian dishes. The knife is well balanced, sharp and really just wonderful. We have a small version too, that we love and have given as gifts. This is my go-to knife company. I love it every time I use it.

Chipped
Had this knife for a year and took care of it, washed by hand, placed in butcher block and now it has a chip in the blade. I’m disappointed. I tried to see warranty but the page is blank.

Perfect for my needs
Love this knife! Cut vegetables like butter. The first enso knife I got was the 8 inch chef knife and I loved it but really didn't feel I needed that long of a blade and would end up using a different knife. But this one fits my needs perfect

Not cheap
Awesome knife so far, a little pricey.

OVERRATED
This knife is overrated. It's sharpness is comparable to other brand names you can get from Costco (made from German, Spain..etc) at a much lower cost. For some people, it probably feels sharper simply because it's brand new? I tested this Enzo HD knife against my other UNUSED Henckel 6'' chef's knife (made in Spain) by cutting onions, mushrooms, paper and meat....they are the same. Honestly, even my brand new unused Forever Sharp Knife (cheap brand) is just as sharp. So no, this Enso HD knife is not sharper. It's sharp but it's not THAT sharp. It looks pretty, that's all, but I wouldn't buy it if I had a chance to test it first.
