Very pretty. Nice thick metal. Nice clear engraving print. Only down side is wish it was just a tiny bit smaller. My cat is a petite girl and it's just a little big on her collar. It's okay but it clicks on her feeding bowl when she eats. Would still recommend for a larger cat or small dog. Came on time and was very well packaged not just stuffed into an envelope. Would highly recommend this company. UPDATE: just ordered 2 more in different colors. They are a little big for her but don't seem to bother her. They are just so well made I could not resist. I intend to order 2 more colors when these come in. Give these people your business you can't go wrong.

I bought four of these tags for my cats for an unexpected and last-minute cross-country roadtrip. I had less than a week to make all my travel plans, so after placing the order (and paying for expedited shipping) I sent a message to the seller explaining my situation and the need for haste, if at all possible. Within hours, I got a response from the seller saying he understood my situation and would have the tags in the mail the next day. He promised, and he delivered! By 9:00 am the next day my tags were on their way. I asked the seller that he was amazing and to please pass on my gratitude to anyone else who made this miracle happen, and he informed me it was just him and his wife! I am so pleased to be able to support a small business with such excellent customer service. Now, as for the tags themselves, they are everything I could have hoped for at this price point. They are sturdy, brightly colored on the paw print side, and very cute. There's a coating over the glittery side, so it's nice and smooth. The tags come with small keyrings to attach to a collar or harness. They're easy to put on, but the metal is easily bendable, so if you have a pet who is likely to put a lot of pulling pressure on the tag for whatever reason, I'd recommend swapping the ring for a thicker one. I got the silicone skins to minimize sound from the tags for my cats' comfort, and I'm glad I did. They do keep the noise down, and they're very soft and easy to install. They also glow moderately in the dark, at least for a little while. The text is engraved a bit on the shallow side, but it's accurate, clear, and easy to read. It may wear down in time, but at just a few dollars each that is to be expected and I wouldn't mind having to replace them every couple of years if that's the case. Overall, I am immensely pleased with this purchase, and won't hesitate to order more in the future and to recommend these tags and this seller to family and friends.

Beautifully made, fast shipping, and great quality. My only semi-complaint is that the “orange” doesn’t look like the photos. It’s more of a yellow-orange, but it’s still beautiful. The pictures are of “glitter blue” and “glitter orange”. Would definitely order these again. Great product!

Let me start by letting everyone know how wonderful this small, family owned business is!! I ordered a dog tag towards the beginning of the virus outbreak. It had made it to America, but it hadn't reached the height it is now.(4/3/20) It was just starting to affect the mail services. The Amazon order page that tells you when things will be delivered, informed me my tag was on the way, but running late. No problem, there is craziness in the world, I understand. I waited another week or so and no dog tag. I emailed the company around 11:30 PM and was surprised to get an immediate response. I explained I hadn't received the item.(I was looking for an Amazon box on my porch, not even thinking about the small item being in the mailbox) The company apologized and immediately said they would send out another in the morning. I told them I hadn't even looked for the item in the mailbox and to let me double check some of my junk mail that had piled up. They went ahead and sent another out. (I'm embarrassed to say it WAS in a stack of mail my husband had tossed on the desk) So now I have 2! Their quick response and eagerness to make their customers happy was very impressive. Hard to find that nowadays. Now the product. It is (both of them😀) very cute. My little one is about 16 lbs. and the tag fits him perfect. It's not big enough for him to be able to chew on, but big enough to fit 4 lines of legible wording on it. I love the red paw print. Very nice and well made. And for 3 bucks!!! I had one from a major pet store that you make in the machine and although it was more than 3 dollars, it was very cheaply made. I didn't really notice it was cheap until this one arrived. The thin "metal" from the smart pet store does not even compare to the quality of his new tag. As a matter of fact, I don't think they are charging enough! I am beyond happy with my purchase as well as the customer service I experienced with Ken and his family. I wonder if they make more than just dog tags?? I’ve gotten multiple of these over the years. They are cute, durable, and a good size. Use the glow in the dark rubber and get an upgraded ring. The ring stretched out and I’ve lost a couple.

I have ordered these tags before. I needed three more for my puppies. The tags are a good thickness so unless your dog is very rough with their collar these are quite sturdy. There are a choice of designs to choose from. I ordered this glittery paw print in red, green and yellow as my other dogs have the same design. Ordering is very simple to do. They supply you with 4 lines that you can use. I used line one for the name, line 2 for any nickname and line 3 and 4 for both phone numbers that we have. It takes a few days to arrive but for this price of only $3.99 each it is more than worth the wait. These arrived in a custom envelope with all the sellers details enclosed should there be any problems.
