17816 9-17816 needs modification for Rigid/WD06700 vac 5 Gallon
Can be used only after cutting off threads on bottom of filter assembly/cutting off flange on inside of filter/drilling outhole to larger size. Rigid/WD06700 uses VF4000,5000 or 6000 that has rubber bottom and pushes on. Used old filter bottom to attach 17816-17816 to my vac. Good price and will work but be ready for a challenge.

fits RIDGID vacs no problem. Works great. I held mine on with a rubber grommet as the mounting nut didn't fit my filter adapter

I wasn't sure if this was going to wrok, and it does not fit exactly like the old one, but it did work.
