Super easy to use and the parts aren't difficult to clean at all. The only con I would have for this product is that the top part is hard to open sometimes. One time I actually had to use this wrench to pry it open when I made sorbet. Haven't sorbeted since that first time so I dont know if making sorbet makes the top lid so cold that it makes things harder to twist open. I love the fact that I don't have to cut anything and the different options are great.
