9" Roof Mast Whip Antenna For 2004-2009 Mazda 3, 5, 6, Protege5 & VW Jetta/Bora/Golf/Polo MK4, Toyota Yaris, Prius

I bought this as a replacement for my antenna on my 2008 Mazda 3. When I opened the package I noticed that it was two thirds the length of the original antenna but I installed it anyway and it worked perfectly. Installed early and looks great. Radio seems to pick up better.

Fits my mazda really well, not to long and I can still get all my radio channels. Sound quality is normal too, and very easy to install. Good build quality too. 10/10 def recommend!

Reception was improved after I replaced old antenna with this one. Old antenna was in bad shape though.

I had to use one of the included adapters on my Mazda 5 but it screwed in all the way with the adapter and fits flush as if it was OEM, as far as reception it picks up as good as OEM, I’d say if u need a new antenna because ur old one was falling apart this one is well worth the money

I made the mistake of buying a "universal" antenna from a local auto parts store a few weeks back when my original antenna disintegrated off of my vehicle as I was traveling out of town. I put my trust in the employee there, who as it turned out had little knowledge of antennas... by little I mean none. It was a complete waste of time and money. So I was very careful when I researched a replacement that would actually fit and work on my car. I came across this one and the reviews were decent, price was reasonable, so I took the chance. I have a 2005 Mazda 6 and this screwed in perfectly and it works! As far as the quality of the reception, to me it sounds great. Little to no static and I get all the local stations in clearly. It's a good purchase in my opinion.

I was really surprised at how great it works. I had to replace my antenna for my 2005 Mazda 6 because someone had stole the original. It was one day I had it and the next poof it was gone. I was sceptical to order it because of the price and reviews but surprisingly it worked out great. I honestly think it works better than the original and its shorter also. My radio sounds great and it installs really well. Definitely recommened it.

Items fits my car and works so it serves its purpose. My only concern is that the screw to connect to the car is separate from the antenna. So you have to screw the screw into the antenna and then onto the car. When taking off for running through the car wash I worry that the screw might fall off altogether and get lost. But that's a hypothetical at this point so just crossing my fingers that it won't happen.
