How to Eat Right And Live Longer

If you have ever read anything else by Dr. Cass Ingram, you will probably want to add this one to your collection.Dr. Ingram is a naturopath (I think). He has published a number of books about natural healing. My first book from him was Nutrition Tests for Better Health, which provides check-list tests for you to see where your health could use improving, or, actually, to figure out what's wrong. I also have his The Cure is in the Cupboard, which extolls the virtues of oregano oil as a cure for most of the things that might ail you (I've used it for an amazing number of ailments, with good result)What I like about Dr. Ingram's approach is that he presents things in a very matter-of-fact way, easy to understand.If you are looking at any title by Dr. Ingram, and you're wondering if you should get it, I'd recommend you do so. I have never been disappointed.

The book "Eat Right And Live Longer" is true to it's title. I have been eating similiar to this for more than fifty years. I will be 82 years old on November 10, 2013. I purchase from Amazon to get the free shipping; I have never had any problem with them. Thanks
