I will be using the solid pointed metal screw to hang from solid ceiling. What size drill bit will I need?

Hello, If you using the solid pointed metal screw to hang from solid ceiling, you need 15mm drill bit .

Are the bottom of the hooks flat so that I can just use mounting tape for places that cant be drilled? I need something versatile

Dear, we think these ceiling hooks can not use mounting tape...

I am quite confused with I nstallation.. so I drill a hole as big as the toggle wing? And isn’t the toggle wing the anchor?

Hollow wall or ceiling: Drill according to the actual size of the bolt, fold the toggle wing and insert the toggle bolt with the hook. Pull back the anchor wings and tighten.

I don’t have the packaging so I cannot say. But they are doing a good job for me and holding my plants quite well.
