Flowtoys Lumina Twirl™ Baton v2 LED Light Up Twirling Baton - Silver

I absolutely love this product! The best $ I’ve spent in a long time for something that helps me stay active and get lost in plain old fun! I am almost 50 years old and used to twirl baton in high school 30+ years ago. I picked up my batons recently for fun and to get myself to move more. I’ve been having so much fun, but I thought I’d get a new baton in case mine were too worn due to time. I stumbled on this product and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the 28” because that’s what my regular baton measures. It is a little different in that the grip is metal covered in some sort of soft rubbery coating and it may be a tiny bit thicker than a regular baton, but it’s very easy to adjust to the difference. I find the weight to feel similar, although I’m sure it’s a bit heavier. I love all of the different light settings also. I am totally obsessed with this baton. I haven’t even touched my other batons. It really does make exercise fun!

I just bought two of these, after seeing Karrissa Wimberley posting a video of herself twirling two of them. First of all, they arrived WICKED fast! I only ordered them last Saturday, and they arrived yesterday, a day early. It took some doing to figure out how to take the end caps off, because you have to take the light capsules out in order to charge them, and the caps are TIGHT, but after some struggle I was able to get them off. You grab the cap in one hand, the tube below the cap in the other hand, and twist in opposite directions. The batons do come with directions on how to remove and replace the caps on the ends. Also, please note that they send you charge cords, one for each light capsule, but you have to supply your own plugs. I think Flowtoys may even sell them. I have two plugs already, so I'm using them. I'm still learning the different light settings, and there are a LOT. They send you a chart that explains how to program the different light settings and modes. I think my favorite one at this point is the red, white and blue one where the lights look like they form a continuous circle. I'm excited to have gotten these. I used to do competitive, show and majorette twirling in my younger years, and I'm turning back to it as a form of recreation in my 40's. I was using them in my living room after the unboxing, and can't wait to go outside and use them where I'll have more room (I'm charging them now) . I wished I could stand back and watch myself twirl with them, because the colors are SO PRETTY!

These are amazing. We used them for a dance recital surprise performance and all of the kids were in awe! They are super bright and have a ton of color modes to choose from. Great product and company!

My daughter is 14 and has been twirling competitively for 6 years. Her instructor has fire batons which are a lot of fun but what a hassle dealing with the heat/kerosene/mess! The flowbaton is rugged and simple to use. She loves twirling with it. She admits that it is different than a normal baton - the weight and size are not the same, but's it was easy for her to adjust for the differences. The baton is rechargeable, both ends have a separate unit that has a battery and it's own LED. They recharge with a provided USB cable. Most of my pictures are with her team's blue and white colors but there are a lot of different options. We did not receive any discount for this product, I am just a huge fan of it and so is my daughter.

I gave this to my daughter as a Christmas gift and she loves it. At night when it’s lit up the colors are very bright. It is a little on the pricey side but it has been worth it so far.
