Great lathe
Great lathe, has metal gears not cheap plastic ones. Came with a 3 jaw and a 4 jaw independent movement chuck. Also came with tools. It has a brushless motor and decent power for it's size.

Recommend avoiding this company
The lathe was delivered without the 24,33, or 35 teeth gears, with an improperly milled banjo arm, and with a gear diagram that could not be used for cutting threads. I can make the gears here and mill a new banjo, but the distance between the lead screw axle and the spindle does not accommodate the gears listed on the gear cover. It is also missing the spacers for the axles so I just made those. The speed dial did not work and so I replaced that as well. The seller offered half of my money back after much deliberation, but when I agreed to this they retracted their offer. You can turn material with this machine within a certain tolerance if you work at it, but the machine will only cut a few of the threads listed although it seems like a waste to own such a large tool that has so many limitations. I’d recommend getting a different tool, and I will avoid this seller.

Not for precision work
Came with a crank handle missing. The quality is bad even by Chinese standards. Came packed in motor oil. At least I no longer worry about competition with China.

MX 210V
The media could not be loaded. The lathe was crated well and was recived with no damage. Setting up the lathe I found it needed tuning and lots of cleaning, some honing of the ways was done because they were very rough causing the cross slide to bind, a work in progress. This lathe has lots of power and with the four jaw chuck there is barley any run out. Out of the box it will need cleaning and tuning but it is a nice machine.

Highly recommended
It is a very accurate mini lathe. Well worth the price!

False claims. Not a quality tool.
This is the most poorly made mini lathe I have ever seen. I bought it for our university workshop because it said it had all metal gears and was a precision machine. It has the equivalent precision of a hacksaw. The vernier settings on both linear and crossfeed feed screws are loose and move when turning material. The bed ways are rough. The readouts are metric, and inaccurate to boot. Do not waste your money. ENCO is half the price and a much better quality.

Tailstock is horrible on the 8 x 16 lathe
The tail stock i received does not have enough adjustment in order to line up with the headstock, matter of fact there isn't really any adjustment. Which makes this lathe virtually useless. I wanted to send this machine back and wish i wouldve but the company that sold it to me gave me a discount and i took it but it still dont help if i can not get this thing lined up.
