Perfect size
I've been doing a lot of baking the past year. I had 9x5 bread pans, but the size of the slice was too large for me. I found this pan, and I can now have a sandwich that isn't too big. It's a very sturdy bread pan and the loaves I've made are beautiful. I hand wash this only.

Bread pan
It's a bread pan. It works great. I made beer bread yesterday and it browned very nicely. And didn't stick in the pan. I did spray it well with a non-stick spray, and the bread practically jumped right out when I turned it over. Perfect for those odd shaped bread loaves.

Great except for dent in middle of pan
I have made two loaves of sandwich bread in this pan so far, both seem to have cooked evenly, and I feel this is the perfect size loaf. I deducted a star because it arrived with a dent in the middle bottom of the pan, which is odd considering this item arrived in a very large box with other lightweight items I ordered, and inside that box this pan was in its own large box from the manufacturer, so I'm not sure how it was dented but I didn't want to wait any longer by returning it.

Pan is awesome but Amazon packing is not
I got first pan dented on top rim and for replacement which is dented at bottom corner. All only because Amazon decided to shipper packed in a plastic bag. Returned both. Hope they pack it at least in bubble wrap bag so it won't dent

Non-stick coating peels off steel rusts
Non-stick coating peels off and steel rusts. This Meatloaf pan was used exactly 3 times. Baking temperature never exceeded 325F for 90 minutes. Only tools used were wood and plastic; no metal tools ever used. Product was only washed by hand in mild soap and water. Now it is trash. Pretty expensive meatloaf at 18 bucks for the pan; that's 6 bucks per loaf. Ugg.

Makes nice evenly browned crust
Does exactly what you want it to. Cooks evenly, browns nicely, bread comes out easily, and its a breeze to clean. What more could you ask for? We use it a few times a week, making no knead bread.

A great European style!
This pan bakes so evenly, and the long, slender style makes a beautiful presentation. A big step up from our Grandmother's loaf pan!

Perfect loaf pan for yeast breads!
When making yeast breads, I love using this loaf pan! The shape of the pan results in loaves that cook more evenly, through to the center, without getting overly browned crusts, slices fit nicely in the toaster, and the cleanup is easy.

Looks good
don't buy Very poor quality product. The mold's coating is peeling as a result of corrosion. Look to buy something else.
