Wow!!! This stuff is taaaaasty! Don’t think twice… just get it!

I make my own water kefir: a surprising nutrient-rich, very probiotic beverage made by simply incubating sugar water (made with a sugar mix that about 50% "raw": sugar cane juice or coconut palm sap that is simply evaporated) with kefir "grains": cooperative microbiomes of lots of species of bacteria and some yeast, for a day or so at room temperature. The microbes "eat" the sugar and multiply, leaving a very non-sugary beverage that has a complex flavor and a rich assortment of nutrients (from digestion of the microbes that don't survive the stomach) and probiotics (from the microbes that do). I make it (and also milk kefir) for its benefits to the gut, its simplicity, and its low cost. But many other benefits are ascribed to it, from better regulation of the immune system to aiding cancer prevention to appetite suppression and weight loss because of its low glycemic index.But not everyone likes the taste of "raw" water kefir. So it is commonly put through a secondary fermentation in air-tight bottles, which adds flavor and carbonation both. Common additives are all kinds of fruit, lemon rind, ginger, and fresh herbs such as mint. I've tried many of these.But by far my favorite flavor additive has been fruit-infused balsamic vinegar, and this one is excellent. I don't do a fermentation with it; I just add it and enjoy. It has only a few grams of sugar per large serving, and the flavor is deep, rich, and excellent.One of the biggest surprises for me was that it is does not taste acidic (vinegar-y) at all. Just rich.I understand it's useful for many other things: people add it to store-bought seltzer, or marinades, or dressings - I don't even know all the uses it has. But I highly recommend it!

I purchased both the Blueberry and Jalapeño! I have used the Blueberry to make a fantastic home made blueberry vinaigrette dressing that my friends love! I have used the Jalapeño on roasted potatoes! Truly delicious! You will not be disappointed!

This lemon olive oil tastes likelemon INITIALLY, then it takes like lighter fluid!!! Its horrible. I used to use lemon olive oil from another company, but they don't sell on Amazon because they said Amazon wasn't small business friendly. On their website I had to pay shipping. After tasting this, I will be going back to the other company. It tastes exactly like Meyer lemons..... delicious!!!

It is very sweet which almost ruins the balsamic flavor. A friend gave me a bottle of good balsamic and I cut this with that.

Very thick, more like a reduction, but the taste and quality is amazing.
