Felt like splurging on these and sooo worth it. My wrists are exactly 7.5, so I went with the Mediums. Looked bigger than I expected, but as soon as I wrapped around a bar I was locked in like you can’t achieve with regular straps. 455 max DL now, but with these I don’t doubt I’ll be hitting 5 plates soon. Very happy customer

Noticeably better feel on these than the cheaper figure 8 straps I've used. Fit true to size for me. Have used them with over 700lbs on the bar and no issues.

Figure 8 straps are inherently difficult to size, so having a good return policy is important.

As expected, these are insanely sturdy, and will handle far more weight than I will ever lift.

I was really excited about trying these figure 8 wrist straps after all of the positive feedback I had read from others on the performance of this product. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed when I tried them out in the gym today. I never really felt like the straps and my hands were firmly attached to the bar during deadlifting and it almost felt like these were going to fall off of my hands as I added more weight that I could typically handle using conventional deadlift straps. I made sure to measure my wrists and watched videos on how to use these, but unfortunately they just aren't something I would ever use again. For me, I will stick with chalk and regular straps these just don't do it for me :(.

Good quality and do their job but these are much too expensive for what they are and the lack of uniform looping where they cross over to complete the figure 8. I get they have the fancy Cerberus label but their are similar and several other brands that cost literally half the price and the said cheaper competition crosses the loops the proper way. You want these to lay flat on the sides of your hand when you start getting into 400 plus, not digging into them bc they are twisted on one side due to how they’re folded before stitched. Honestly, very stupid design choice. I figured for the price they didn’t do that so I didn’t verify or check as well as I should have.
