The only problem is the door closes completely shut because the walls aren’t plumb. The space under the door is several inches higher than the floor and I couldn’t find anything to put between the door and floor that could be moved easily to the side to open and close the door and not scratch the refinished wood floors. Several stacks of rubber door wedges or furniture stoppers were not high enough and not practical. Wood wedges would scratch the floor. Paper towel tubes folded in half didn’t hold the door open. And the stopper had to be just the right weight to hold the door open. I read reviews and some just were not weighty enough to hold a door open or well made. The Elements door stopper immediately caught my eye initially because of it’s cuteness, but after reading the reviews, I was sold on it because it was not only sturdy and weighty, the price was extremely reasonable. I purchased the owl but there are so many designs to pick from. I finally found a weighty door stopper that keeps my door open and is cute.
