Not only is the fragrance perfect (and real J'Adore parfum), but the packaging is exquisite. The Dior box is a heavy matte, textured paper/cardboard sleeve-style box in beautiful white. A small Dior booklet is enclosed which describes the perfume's composition in several languages. The spray cylinder itself is impressively weighted (not lightweight like a lipstick tube), with beautiful and shiny finishes (white and gold), and a lid that clicks audibly and securely. The tube stands on end easily. I was curious how the inner cylinder could be removed for refilling, so I fidgeted a bit and finally resorted to just tugging on it. It's sort of held in by vacuum; solid. The clear inner sleeve is also made of quality materials and the quantity of perfume (for the price) was impressive! I'd buy this again, and I'd buy it for a luxurious gift for someone. Very pleased!
