This comes with a bag of fluffy stuffing that you stuff yourself. But the worst part is, the stuffing is so soft and there's not even enough of it and you end of with a soft pillow that offers NO support. Such a waste and so misleading.

I would have like to known that the cotton came separately and I would have to insert it all myself. I would not have purchased had I known this, and the color is also not close to the Rose Quartz in the picture.

THIS IS GARBAGE !!!!! 🤬 I was in an accident a week ago, totaled my car, not my fault, pickup and trailer turned left in front of me. I have a broken sternum and other bruises , I was needing this type of pillow . Can’t get to store so ordered , it was not described as build your own pillow , not worth $5 let alone $20+ !!! I cannot return a box of stuffing , I WANT FULL REFUND NOW !! I’m normally very easy to deal with , but, this is totally ridiculous !! If, not refunded don’t bother renewing my Prime Membership, I’ll shop elsewhere !! Your getting too many cheap items from China !!!!! Thank you, Joan Plachetzki. Selected one star because had to !!!

Save yourself the hassle and money, buy one ALREADY MADE. You can't return it unless you're willing to lose almost 16 bucks. It's low quality stuffing, am adding better stuffing to it from another pillow.Come on, Amazon, buyer beware is one thing, selling this type of "trap" for 10 bucks more than in a store... Robbery.

Exactly as the product reads. Comes in a small box because you stuff it yourself.

I really love the color and the softness. What I didn’t like was having to stuff it myself. It’s all lumpy and I can’t get it smooth. That was disappointing, but it does it’s job. I just wish it would have said in the description I had to stuff it myself.

When it came it was in two separate pieces; the cover and the stuffing. I did not realize you had to stuff it yourself. It was easy to do but unexpected.This is probably why it was so much cheaper than the others. I use it with other pillows but the one I bought for my husband is too short for him. It's soft but I feel that for taller people it doesn't support them enough.

When I opened the box I thought that I didn't read info completely . It's basically a do it yourself task. Thought it wouldn't have enough stuffing for support but it was perfect. Love that stuffing was vacuum sealed, and very soft. Thank you

I have broken my arm just below the shoulder and have difficulty sleeping. The purpose of this was to support my arm but the arms are much too short. It now sits in my closet and was a waste of money.
