Tea Travel Bottle

Have used tea bottles for many years. Four weeks ago, I bought a 17-Ounce Leidfor Tea infuser. This is a great tea bottle. The infuser is designed to be well insulated, keeping drinks warm for hours if closed. No drips, spills and leak, making a safe bottle with hot liquids. The infuser is also well constructed and easy to use and clean. Especially, the infuser efficiently stops floating tea leaves as I am drinking. I absolutely love it. The infuser also works well during travel (not a fragile but durable materials). The size of bottle is perfectly fits to my backpack.

This keeps your tea way too hot for hours and hours. I guess that's a good thing though.

Locking could be improved just a bit

This tea tumbler met two key needs: I wanted a travel mug that I could put hot water and a tea bag in, and then drink from it without the teabag coming out in my mouth. Also, I needed a mug that was truly a screw-shut cap, not a flip top cap or a straw cap or anything else fancy. This is because I need to pack the tumbler full of tea in a backpack for hiking and not worry that the flip top will get flipped open from something else in the bag moving against it. Even if this tumbler turns sideways, nothing can push open this cap. Another bonus is that the rim where you drink is not metal, so it doesn't burn your lips if you have a hot drink in it. I also did a leak test.. I filled it with water and left it lying on its side overnight. Not a drop leaked out. Another bonus is the matte black finish. If it's sitting in the cup holder in your car, the sunlight doesn't reflect a sharp glare like a shiny metal one does. The finish on the outside has a nice texture for gripping. A travel tea mug with all these "pros" but especially a non-flip-top, is really hard to find right now. In fact, this is the only one I could find that met my criteria, and I've checked all kinds of stores in person as well as Amazon. I bought two, even though they're pricey, because they're so perfect.

The item is great keeps hot all day. I emailed the seller more than 10 times no response.

The thermos is very dirty, with visible stains! The sealing gasket is of poor quality – it is thin, sticky, and easily deforms. Even after replacing it with another cup, the same issue remains!

Will not steep tea it is too small and compact. Can only put a teaspoon of tea. Which gives you know flavor. It is great for coffee or anything hot. Holds temp well.

I made tea in this at 2pm one day, at 9pm I was finally able to sit and enjoy a cup of tea. I just knew it would be cold and I'd have to microwave it in a mug. At 9pm, that tea was still too hot to drink from the thermos. You could see smoke coming from it. I'm so impressed. If you buy this one, please note, you will have to use a cup to drink the contents from it, because it's too hot to put your lips on to drink from it. Also, I prepped the thermos by putting hot water in it while I was making my tea, poured that out, poured my tea in and was ready to go. I'm not sure that you have to to that, it might help keep your drink hotter for longer though.

Me impresionó la primera vez que lo usé. Mi té permaneció caliente por más de 20hrs. La verdad lo recomiendo. Usen agua tibia, no hiervan la misma y la usen para su té o café, porque literalmente se van a quemar la boca.

Bought this tumbler for my mom and she absolutely LOVES it! She makes hot tea before going to work and even after her 8 hour shift, the tea is still warm when she gets home. It's very durable, the seals are nice and tight so nothing leaks out and we didn't find any defects or anything on it. Honestly, this is a great product that's well worth the money.

The combination of this tumbler's minimal design and the strength of its features (leak-proof, muti-walled (for temperature control), tea lef infuser etc.) certainly does it for me. And the cost of this product, at least at the time of my purchase, adds to its worth. This is a must have for tea's sake!

It has great seals and It's excellent for keeping tea hot, too hot (Burnt myself after waiting a couple hours). Ive used it for a week and i leave it open to cool for at least 2-5 hours, im no longer putting boiling water in for my tea. I cannot imagine preheating this for your beverage unless you are working outside. I would have given it 5 stars but there is a design flaw; despite being designed for loose leaf tea, the strainer has the right sized mesh, however the holes leading to the drinking area are massive and I imagine you'd be drinking tea leaves. You could take the lid off to drink the loose leaf tea, but then the spout/lid become useless.

Muy bonito pero poco funcional… Lo compre para sustituir un envase de vidrio de doble pared que se me ha roto 2 veces y que usaba mucho para tomar infusiones, el material de este me encanto, se ve muy resistente y elegante peroooo el espacio que trae para el té es pequeño y los orificios de la malla muy grandes al grado que se filtra lo que pongas a infusionar hacia el envase, lo regrese porque me pareció que no cumple su función.
