I would say nothing effective. Mine came in a plastic envelope with melted cold paks. The chocolate bars were liquid and inedible. No refund on these.

What is the carb count for this?

it shows 21g of carbs on the package, same as a full sugar chocolate bar. there's no such thing as net carbs. thats all marketing. please check with your glucose meter to confirm as i did with mine. i dont know where these carbs come from in this product if it is indeed sugar free. ghiradelli 100% dark bars are 5g carbs.
