This twist-up comb works miracles. I ordered for a friend and she can not stop raving about how full and gorgeous her hair looks and feels. I’ve seen her. It’s true! Fabulous for Afro hair!

This product did very well to help me twist my hair. It was strong and held together my entire use of it. You are to do small circles though instead of large ones. If you have small hands, you may find yourself using the handle instead of holding the head of it which is the traditional way. The handle is nice, but can only be held with about 4 fingers depending on your hand size. It also becomes hard to effectively comb hair when you hold it by the handle. You need some level of force and the handle depletes a lot of it, so you want to use the traditional holding style of possible. It does remove hair, but only a small amount. It doesn't remove large portions like the foam sponge does but instead leaves small bits of hair around, and depending on how long you use the comb, not a lot of it. It is easy to clean and can be washed by water or wiped with a cloth of some sort. The design of the comb is very useful as it twists hair up very well and gets a large deal of your head as to save some time.

This product had me regretting my purchase initially but I quickly changed my tune. It took some adjusting but I figured it out. I use it on two of my boys who have different grades of hair. This product works for both of them. It is durable and I don't have to worry about little pieces of sponge breaking off. It also travels well. I did learn that it works better with longer hair, about half an inch and up. Also, I add product to my kids hair like leave in conditioner to make it easier to comb, but I actually like the results better when it's not wet.
