I’m a professional writer ... and my neck gets stiff and sore.This is the best “portable” neck-traction device I’ve found.(The only thing better is the ratchet device that goes over the door.)This is simple to use ... gives you relief while watching TV or listening to shortwave radio.

Easy on and off. Good build quality. The hand pump was very greasy. Would have preferred a bulb.I could not get enough pressure for good decompression. Even then, it was still very hard on my jaw/TMJ.Other devices work better for me.If you dont need much decompression, but want good quality and easy on/off - this may be excellent for you.

Not doing anything to me. I end up went to a chiropractor that helps a lot.

Impressed with the quality of the product and the materials used. DO NOT self prescribe! Consult a professional before purchase. This product is not a fix all. If purchased it's best to ask a physical therapist for proper fit and use. With two bulging discs at c4 and c5 and one herniated at c6 this will help with the healing process. Cannot wear while sleeping. Be careful as to the amount you inflate as it is hard to tell between what is comfortable and what is actually pulling muscles in your neck and back. Start really slow. Follow directions and again consult a PT for expert advice of fit and use.

I really love this product. Everything about it is wonderful ... Except I have to place the velcro straps at the far top so I can fit the chin rest more comfortably. Otherwise it seems to push the chin rest way too high and hold my head facing up more than anything, I have to bend my back over just to see my keyboard and type.Using my brand new desktop PC is what's most important due to my neck pain, so I'm disappointed.After two major neck surgeries and now permanent pain and limitations, this is something that could really help me if more adjustable. Placing the velcro straps so extreme that way is not very comfortable as it should be, but that's the only way I can even use this.

I will be returning this because it causes me to have increased cervical extension (compressing the posterior vertebrae) because the chin rest is too high and too far forward. Also it would be nice to have the ability to adjust vertically to accommodate for neck length.

It stretches the neck and provides some relief for neck pain. Do not overdo it, limit your early sessions to about 10 minutes, Start with a few pumps for a few minutes, then gradually increase the pumps. If you start with maximum or keep it on too long, it will give you a sore neck.
