First I wanted to give a bit of background. For years now I have had this patch of eczema on my right leg a few inches above my ankle, it gets bad really bad and I have tried tons of products lotions creams soaps cleansers even a couple different prescriptions some worked to lessen it and help stop the itchiness but none have ever gotten rid of it completely none until this one that is, A friend recommended this product to me after they tried it for sever dry skin and loved it works quickly and efficiently as in a little gos a long way she did however warn me that it is stinky a bit but honestly worth it small price to pay for how effectively it really dos work, so the pros for me where it’s fairly cheap well affordable it’s not going to break the bank (I’ve tried that cream to it also stunk but took twice as much and twice as long to clear it up) so it’s affordable and works very quickly I used it twice a day after morning shower and again before bed for Just shy of two weeks and now my leg and every other part of my body it clear of rash or direness and my skin feels baby soft witch was an outstanding side effect I wasn’t totally expecting but loving it anyway, The only cons I have really is it is kinda stinky but that go’s away after it’s all absorbed into your skin 2nd is that the bottle is not good for travel it’s a pump style dispenser but the cap that secures it doesn’t fit tight so it just falls off leaving it unprotected and easy to make a mess not a big deal you’ll just want to get a travel bottle for it if you take with you The pros: it works !!!! It works fast and it is affordable plus through amazon you can set up a subscription so they will ship it out t to you regularly you’ll never run out because you forgot to reorder. If you suffer from dry skin or eczema ruff bumpy skin anything like that just do yourself a favor and try this you won’t be disappointed

This is the product I love the most. So I wanted to test the product out and so I took a shower and after the shower I applied it ALL OVER my body. I have been battling super dry skin since I was a child. I didn’t start to have this crazy dry skin until after my first allergic reaction to food. My skin would get so dry to the point where I would get made fun of and I felt very self conscious about wearing anything that would reveal my skin. I put it on and let it soak into my skin before I put any clothes on. It felt really good and hydrating. There were a few spots that tingled on my legs but it was fine. What I was afraid of was putting on clothes and then the moisturizer would essentially rub off and I’ll have dry skin again. I went out to have dinner with friends and when I came back home and changed, SURPRISE! My skin is still smooth and feels moisturized still! So far so good. This will definitely be repurchased as I run out!

Hi! I’m an idiot and I read a review that someone uses this on their face - so of course I used it on my face lol. Please please be careful, seriously. This product works amazing on my arms so I know it’s a great product but I don’t think this product is meant for the face but everyone’s different! I have normal to dry skin and I have chicken skin type patches on my cheeks so I used this on my face and burned my skin on my face pretty bad. Just be careful! The product is amazing for rest of body!!

the product has plenty of active ingredient and it works to exfoliate and correct KP. unfortunately it pills amply on my skin and i can't use it without leaving a mess on my clothes and in my environment. i would recommend amlactin over this product -- amlactin's price is better and its absorption is great. neither product smells particularly good unfortunately. the only advantage this product has over amlactin is that the formula is more natural and i think it free of petroleum derivatives. however, it's too impractical for me to deal with the gumminess and pilling. i suppose i could use it only at night and shower it off in the morning, which is probably ideal considering the high acid content.

Hello! This is my first review on Amazon. I want to share my experience because this is something I have suffered with for a LONNGG time. In elementary school, I started to develop these bumps all over my legs. The looked like ingrown hairs. My mother always said it was because I shaved but even after I stopped shaving for years, the bumps never went away. I never wore shorts or skirts because it would always be embarrassing when someone asked what all those bumps on my legs were. I've seen 2 doctors about this and they both told me it's genetic and basically incurable. So I have never been "diagnosed" with KP but I am sure that's what I have. I've tried many methods to get rid of my bumps including different lotions, exfoliants, and plain picking at them. NOTHING WORKED until this product. I started seeing results after 1.5 weeks of using it. I use it 2x daily, morning and night. My legs are smoother and SO SOFT. The bumps are now totally gone! I have a few dark spots or scars left from some stubborn bumps but those are gradually fading as well. You should definitely try it! I'm not sensitive to smell so it doesn't bother me but it does have a faint smell. I can't believe I suffered for years without knowing this existed but I'm glad I do now! I haven't stopped wearing shorts for weeks. I ordered 2 new bottles this week. By the way, I'm a 24 year old Latina

I have had very rough, scaly elbows that are dark in color for years now. I started using this cream a week ago. I’m convinced this cream is magic because my elbows have softened a LOT and are no longer dark in color. They feel soft to the touch and are now pinkish. I had tried everything on them for two years. I love this product .. i have been using it for a month on my KP even though it did not clear it .. but my skin feels smoother.. which no other product was able to do.. note that i tried a lot.. also it causes the skin to peel of which is a plus in my books.. as kp main cause is build up of keratin in skin.. so flaking is good.. .. will re-purchase

I had Kp for a long time and tried many products for the same. This is come closest in doing justice for my Kp problems. Thank you.

Doesn’t heel or remove not even partially the keratosis pilaris yet it makes the skin kindly of smoother

Total waste of money…..No result on KP
