Q: Can this be used in my pets water dish?

No - this is a topical spray for your pets skin if irritated, not to be ingested.

Q: Does this product have an expiration date?

I just checked my new bottle and I didn't see an expiration date. The first bottle last me almost a year and I used it for our little Shih Tzu boy's eyes every day once 3 times for each eye. It works great and I didn't see any negative changes in the product or it's effectiveness. But I would suggest to contact the seller to asked if there is a concern that the product might expire. Hope this helps you.

Q: Is this product good for dryness on elbows ?

This has been a great product for my sensitive blue Great Danes skin, where nothing else worked. Highly recommended it!
