There are two routines, that can be done on alternating days, six days a week. Or they can be done twice a week, on rest days for active recovery. I used to do the You Are Your Own Gym workouts on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and one of the Mobility Rx routines on Tuesday and Thursday.
