Great game. I actually own it on pc and this one is awesome too since it runs at 60fps on ps4. However the picture shown shows it being a regular copy of the PAL version. Im fine with it being the european version, but it didnt tell me it was going to be a greatest hits version. The ugly red on the cover kills me and I would have paid a bit more to not have had it. If youre someone who looks at that when planning on growing their game collection like me Id recommend double checking before buying.

Very fun game. Very scary. I am s longtime Resident Evil fan and I loved it. Keep in mind that this is not the US version (note the rating not being US system). Due to this I was unable to get downloadable content.

Make sure you get the right country version, you can’t buy add ons if you don’t

I bought this for my husband's birthday. The game is good, but he was unable to use the free DLC because we live in the US, and only have access to the US version of the DLC. Think of it as a totally separate product, made for use in Europe. Even the save files are different, so when we purchase the US version, my husband will need to play the game again to get access to the DLC. I returned it to Amazon.

It is unclear what to do most of the time when there are enemies, some you are supposed to hide from, some you must fight. I pretty much had to play this with my phone next to me playing a walkthrough on youtube (how else was I supposed to know this game has driving mechanics?). I should of just watched a walkthrough on youtube instead of buying the game since I am doing that anyway and I am not having any fun while playing, since I ether dont know how to fight or if or where I am supposed to run to and copying a walkthrough just seems pointless but I want to be done with this game. You also cannot change difficulties once you start a game and I cannot be bothered going back to the start just to play on easy. The VR was also way too intense, I had trouble just walking through the house at the very beginning of the game since I had no idea if things were just going to jump out at me. If youve played RE before youll know what to expect but otherwise it feels completely random.

it says gold edition when I purchase, but looks like just normal edition. The price is about the same as normal so still ok

Game arrived same day and in perfect condition. Good price too for a game that still holds up despite not being released recently. A definite must have for those gamers who enjoy a story rich game over the online features. Also quite jumpy so don’t be playing it in a dark room.
