These are much cheaper than the Beachbody sets and very similar. I wanted a couple extra sets after getting my Beachbody set. These are very good although not exactly the same size. They are close enough that I use them all the time along with my original Beachbody set.

This is exactly what i order. Containers are made of plastic and it makes them llightweight. They are washer and micro safe. It is good for bringing lunch to work. It has a chart for control calories and some information about how you can control calories.

I like that the plastic is nice and sturdy but don't like that the packaging came all banged up especially since it was gonna be a gift

I like these when I do 21 day so easy to use the container it's just the right portion when fixing my day meals, so I can keep in refrigerator, or on my countertop. I like these because the top has the identity of color coded container- easier to see.

I bought these as I wanted a cheap way to do the 21 day fix diet. The little brochure is right on key with the research i found online. There is so much information you can google there is no need to pay the money for the 21 day fix program when you can just get these containers and use the pamplet.
