I got Seeds.
Very bad experience. First of all I got some other brand millets. And the worst part was that I got seeds instead of edible millets. It could have caused something serious if I would have eaten a lot. I ate a few spoonfuls and realised that the husk was gathering in my mouth. It was horrible. Then I contacted a farmer in India and she told me the reality. Though I got my money back from Amazon but it was so shocking for me.
