Game Changer
I've been looking for a connector like this for years. Example. We were using the previous EZ-RJ45 shielded connector recently at one site (20 connections) and spent 1.5 days installing onto CAT6A cable. Once we received this we reduced our installation time down to hours with no failures. The down side is you need two tools. They should be able to incorporate the ground crimping tool into the crimp die tool.

Best connector for 23 AWG Cat 6A cable
I tried several different connectors for 23 gauge Cat 6A cable, all of them were nearly impossible to terminate properly. The thicker outer jacket barely fits into any plug including this one. Without a pass through connector, the wires will change length as the cable is forced into the connector, leaving a few wires short of the required length to make contact with the pins. Also, the load bars on the other connectors tended to break and wires shifted due to the thick wire and thin plastic. This is the only connector that has worked successfully every time. Due to the thicker wires, it typically takes 15-25 minutes to terminate a connector. The tool-less connectors are faster, but will not fit side by side in a switch and due to their long length, are susceptible to damage from pulling sideways on a cable.Crimping the outer jacket slightly with a pair of pliers helps to squeeze it into the rectangular opening. Don't over crimp the jacket or it will stretch, making it that much harder to insert. Start by aligning the wires as you normally would. Trim the end of the wires at an angle and bend the solid colors up slightly to form two rows. This is the tedious part, but If done correctly, a slight amount of wiggling will coax the wires into the connector. You can purchase the Platinum tools crimper, but any crimper which does not create a strain relief indentation will work. There is a small plastic protrusion where the wires exit that must be snipped off along with the wires, otherwise the connector will not fully seat into a jack. Use a pair of precision flush wire cutters to avoid squishing the ends into each other which can cause shorts.I gave it 4 stars only because the connectors are double the price they should be. But considering I threw away 3 out of 4 connectors of the other brands due to misaligned wires, these are cheaper and a lot less frustrating to install.
