Update:and now 2 years in, it still looks as good as new. Now that the little one is no longer being diapered, we can't stop using the bag—the insulated water bottle pockets are amazing on a hot day—water in one side, kid smoothie pouch in the other. the dirty/wet pocket is still the best thing ever. Took to the beach and the sand slid right off the outside. Everything the 2 of us need for a day out fits without being too bulky for what's being carried.after a year or so of use, one of the zipper teeth on the main compartment moved and then caused both zipper pulls to go off track, so the bag stopped closing. Too expensive a bag not to use quality zippers, but 12little was awesome and sent me a new bag for the cost of shipping despite it being a couple months out of warranty. And other than the zippers, it still looks almost new despite daily use including a handful of flights, outdoor music, picnics.Original review: I like this bag. The dirty stuff pocket is great, could be a little larger. Would be nice if the pad fit in the pocket. The large handle is excellent for digging out keys/anything while still being hands-free. There's no chest or hip strap, so it's not the best for long walks while fully loaded, but the padded straps are comfortable if no heavy items, or for standard baby/toddler activities–to the park, playgroups etc.The insulated side pockets are handy. Haven't had any issues fitting water bottles and travel mug, but sometimes it takes 2 hands since they're not elastic. Love the small front outer (paci) pocket. I keep clean chewable toys in it. Inner pockets are just right to help keep organized without losing stuff in too many pockets. It holds most anything I need if I'm out for the day and into the eve including pj's and bath supplies, snacks, change of clothes, a few diapers, wipes, small toys, an extra layer for me and the LO.My one issue with the bag is there's only a one way zipper on the large outer pocket (should unzip in 2 directions). And the pad is rather small.

I LOVE THIS BACKPACK!!!! I live in NYC so I need to be hands-free since I have 2 kids. I have pretty much ditched all my other bags and use only that one. No matter how much you put in there it is never heavy or overwhelming. I love the fact it stays fairly slim and not bulky like other backpacks. It is very versatile and I put it on the back of my MacClaren easily. The handles on top of bag is ingenious and I always am grateful for them. So is the back hidden compartment for "dirty" items...I particularly hate mixing clean stuff with dirty clothes. This bag is perfect for the always-on-the-go city parent or traveling family!I have been complimented many times on this bag and my friends agree the bag is surprisingly roomy but lightweight. This unisex backpack has very useful pockets of all sizes to fit various items perfectly. I am surprised at how few diaper bags are actually versatile, easy to take care of, functional, comfortable, lightweight, strong, and not bulky. Completely worth every penny.If you are a busy mom (or dad) like me and have a few cannot-live-without items (such as baby wipes even though I don't need to carry diapers), this backpack will certainly make your list. Hope you love yours as much as I do.
