Love this comforter set. The underside of the blanket isn’t velvet but is very soft so I don’t get too hot under the blanket. My bed is queen but I ordered a King because I wanted it to drape over the sides and I love the look of it.

This comforter set was such a pleasant surprise. It went straight to the dryer upon arrival and held up as did the shams. It’s not truly a forest green, I’d describe it as an emerald color, which is just as pretty. I’ve included pics. It’s heavy and super thick and luxurious. My daughter loves it.

It’s really cute and pretty soft too. But the cons outweigh the pros. It came smelling like chemicals, which wouldn’t be too much of a problem if it held up in the wash. The tag says that machine wash is fine but dry cleaning is preferred. Go for dry cleaning. I followed the machine wash&dry instructions and ended up with a melted and clumpy comforter. The velvet cover held up very well in the wash. The problem is whatever material they used on the inside. While it looks okay on the bed (and finally smells like its not going to kill me) it’s not very comfortable to lay under. So it’s officially for decoration only and therefore not at all worth the money I spent on it.

I loved this comforter set when I ordered it. Green is dark emerald, velvet is soft and plush. Underside is cheap cotton, but didn’t bother me too much. The first time I washed it I was very careful to follow the launder directions. Gentle cycle everything. Pulled out the dryer after half a cycle on low heat/gentle and the entire inside stuffing is matted and melted together!! Some spots of the velvet on the outside are singed as well. DO NOT WASH AT HOME. The instructions say dry clean “if desired”. Wouldn’t have bought this if I knew the only way to clean a king size comforter was to dry clean! Very disappointed and of course it’s past my window for returns :(

This bedding is great. It's soft, lightweight for a velvet design and seems durable enough to last for a year or so. It came with all of the stated pieces, comforter, two shams and decorative pillow with sequins.I debated about choosing a color for my bedding and love the navy. It's definitely a darker shade of royalish blue tones. Honestly the other colors look delicious though and I'm wanting them as well!!For the price I didn't expect the highest quality velvet bedding, but it's a very nice, lovely and comfy set.Also note that the comforter is not velvet on both sides. One side is a navy cotton.

The color was a tad off. I'd say it's more if a deep deep peacock teal versus this vibrant forest green. But I still liked it enough to keep it. Its screams luxury even in my bohemian styled bedroom. I dislike the sequined decor pillow however.

I'd been eyeing this comforter for a while and finally decided to purchase it. When I first received it, I immediately followed the washing instructions and cleaned it in cold water and stuck it in the dryer with no heat, air fluff only. Unfortunately, it melted a big hole in it even though it wasn't heated. Thankfully, the company replaced it for me immediately! I have only dry-cleaned the new comforter and it hasn't had any issues! It's very soft, and very pretty! The jewel tone is actually very vibrant and I love the color it brings to my bedroom!
