I purchased these for my husband as he recently had a small skin cancer growth removed. His hands get very dark from the sun due to so much driving so I got these to protect his hands from the sun's rays. He loves them! They are light and very comfortable. He especially likes that they have little "nubbies" on the palms so that his hands don't slip on the steering wheel. Will definitely order more.

I bought these to keep my hands warm at work. I’m a dispatcher and type all day long but had Bariatic surgery last august and now my hands get cold. These gloves have really helped keep them warm so they don’t get sore and they are comfortable and I hardly notice them at all. I like them a lot and I went through 2 other gloves they didn’t work before finding these, so I’m happy!

I was looking for a summer (cool thin material) UV blocking fingerless glove; for general outdoor and driving activities. It's grippy palm texture works. Only con occurs when I do heavier work -like shoveling, car washing, wood-working...etc- where the thin material tends to shift and bunch up; in hindsight, I realize I should have switched up to a heavier work glove. I've now worn these everyday for16 months, and 2 areas have torn. On both gloves a tear started on the upper edge of the index finger hole, and a tear has begun on the right hand thumb sleeve where it's sewn to the rest of the glove. So, I think that's pretty good Durability for a $10 glove worn 8hours every single day for 16 months. And, I've discovered these are exactly the same gloves being sold by another Amazon seller for the same $10.

I bought these for UV protection and because they have a layer of grippy material around the palms and lower thumb area. They're small, too small for something marketed as being for men. For the record I don't think I have huge hands. My brother and dad actually have bigger hands than me. But the first time I looked at these I thought they were way too small for me. Luckily the material is very stretchy so I can use them just fine. But I wonder about long term durability. I had some sporty fishing gloves someone gave me a while back that were also too small. They worked okay for a short while but after a month or so started to tear at the seams. I wonder if the same thing will happen to these, so I'm giving them 3 stars.
