Grande Epicure Heuck 3-Piece Porcelain Enamel Cast Iron Skillet Set, Red

I bought these over a year ago. I love them! I haven't had one problem that others have noted. They are perfect. I'm adding to my original review. I bought a second set for my daughter. She and her husband LOVE them. No issues at all. The finish is perfectly smooth. No cracking, or imperfections. NO, I was NOT given anything for my good review.

I was happy to order the pots, I love them since I already have a little one, but when I received them they were chipped from the edges a little bit and some from the handle, the packaging its not good and they seem as if they were very old, I have kept them because I love cooking with them, but if I am buying something new I would like to received it that way, I had my little pot for about 6 years and I never chipped it, packaging needs improvement

These little pots looked great,. I must have overlooked the sizing because they were a lot smaller than I thought they were going to be. That aside I saw the review from others about how things stick to this pot and I thought for sure it was due to user error. Nope no matter if you use oil, butter, water what ever you try to cook in these pots sticks to the bottom and burns. I have other enamel pots and I thought this was a great price for cast iron pots with enamel but truly you get what you pay for. As great as they look they just are not practical for cooking with.

I recently moved and had two porcelain cast iron skillets that would not fit in my car. Only moved with what would fit in my car and I loved those skillets that cooked evenly and easy to clean. Heuck's skillets are wonderful and I baked a fritatta in one and it turned out beautifully. A great buy and if you like cast iron skillets you will love these!

We bought this set because our new smooth top stove recommended we not use cast iron pans unless they were ceramic coated. I was very disappointed in the coated pans. The largest pan bottom is 8.75 inches wide and the top is 9.5 inches wide. Our largest old cast iron pan is 10 inches at the bottom with an 11 inch rim. The new, smaller, pan is heavier. They also require more cleaning than regular cast iron. The worst thing is the inside bottoms are not flat so oil runs to the outside edge. I would prefer the oil to stay in the center. What is the point of cooking with oil if it won't stay where you need it? The food in the center scortches while oil puddles around the outside edge of the pan. We use them for some things but we're taking our chances using our old cast iron and being careful not to scratch the cook-top.

I like these very much. just like the ones my Grandma used to have. They had a couple of chips on them but nothing major. I know that before I purchased them. I use them almost every day. U must remember to wash & dry them. Do not put them in a dishwasher.

I'm torn between three and four stars. We don't use these pans as much (we got a larger Mario Batali one that is similar) but they work for smaller dishes. Biggest complaint is that they are not as non-stick as I thought they would be, but then I guess I'm not too surprised by that. They'be gotten some chips both in and outside of the cooking surface but they are all very small.

The original didn't make it, but the replacement was such a breeze. The cast iron pans are really nice. They are smaller than expected, but I didn't read all the dimensions - my fault. I can't wait to give them as a gift. Thank you Amazon for the quick response and delivery of the replacement!!!
