MaxxDry MuddStopper Heavy-Duty Boot and Shoe Scraper Brush

We keep this just outside our apartment door. It works great. My wife and I both get muddy shoes in the winter from work. It's sturdy. Way better than the ones they have at my work site.. It's made with a lighter metal but still very strong. There's holes if you want to bolt it down. I don't need to bolt it down.

it works great at cleaning small stones, dirt and mud off your shoes but you really need to secure it to the floor. It would have been really nice if the instructions mentioned what drill bit size would be ideal for the size screws and anchors that come with the product. I think I used either 3/8ths or 5/16ths... Something in that vicinity. I would caution you to not look down once your foot is in the right place on the bristles while cleaning your shoes since I got hit in the eye by some small dirt that flew up in my face. Other than that it works great and I highly recommend this product for all houses that don't want dirt inside!

This is a very VERY 'stiff bristled' brush. Gotta say it's like a steel brush you'd use to clean the grill. THe bristles are very sturdy and I would NOT use this to try to clean my 'go to town' boots, it could seriously damage the leather. But this is a very sturdy, well built product, should last for years

We moved to a new house with a LOT of adobe/clay soil and a big chicken coop/run. One of my first purchases was this boot scrubber because it sits off the ground a couple of inches. This way mud and chicken poo won't collect in the gaps and a quick hosing will rinse it all away. I read some reviews that the brushes made a tight fit for feet, but we haven't had that problem. I wear Women's 8.5 and my hubby Men's 12 -- neither of us has any issue with thoroughly cleaning our shoes on this.

No dislikes, does everything I need it to do, on front porch where kids can knock off the dirt before coming in house. Noticeable difference in how clean the floors stay now

This is nice because it is a high rise. My old one was not and the dirt got trapped at the base. This one I can hose the dirt away to clean it out real easy. Now if I can train the grand kids to use it. But that is another story.

For the price it surprised how strudy it was. It's a anchored / mounted to the concrete. Works as advertised. Hefty metal construction. For the price you can't ask for anything better.

Our techs go out in a mud to work on machines and clean their boots off before they walk back in to the shop and it really helps to cut down on the amount of dirt they bring back in.
