So I received this baby wash and loved the scent - it works great and I love how safe the product is. Only problem - the pump on the bottle wasn’t working! It was so disappointing because I didn’t want to waste the product. I contacted them to ask if there was a way to salvage what I had left in the bottle ... and they sent me a new one! Without me even asking. That’s GREAT customer service and so thoughtful. I never write amazon reviews but I felt obligated to make sure I said something because I was so impressed with this company making an effort to build a fan base. Will definitely purchase again! (And this bottle is working great)

1) I LOVE the way this smells! I get compliments on my kid’s hair all the time! It’s a bright and clean citrus type of smell, & the pump is easy to use with one hand which is super helpful.2) I too originally had an issue with the pump not working right, but I contacted the company and they sent me a new one right away! They were so sweet and apologized for the malfunction (which, let’s be honest, isn’t totally their fault, they just make what’s inside), but I was so happy with the way they handled it. The owners are a husband and wife team and I just love the idea of supporting small businesses!3) My 2 y/o loves to play “find the animal” so the bottle doubles as a game for us too (it’s literally where she’s learned the names of a lot of animals lol). I’ve been using it for about a month now and still have quite a bit left, so I’m glad that it stretches. I love to buy this for My new-mom friends; can’t go wrong with organic! The marketing side of my brain loved how the package was prepared. Will definitely be buying again!

I was so excited for this to come in but when I opened package I was a little disappointed it was leaking and half the bottle was empty. However, amazing customer service—they said they were looking into this issue AND refunded the item and said they would send a new bottle. I was very impressed by the customer service. Loved the scent, the packaging and how gentle it is on baby’s skin and hair. Doesn’t leave hair dry like other baby shampoos. Will definitely to continue to use product!

Update: The company quickly sent me a new bottle with a working pump after seeing my review. It works now! Thank you for the great customer service.I really wanted to like this, but I wasn’t happy with the way it dispensed. I thought it would be a foam, but instead it was just liquid that came out awkwardly. I did follow the directions and shook gently. Maybe my pump is broken.

This entire line is heaven! I’m addicted to the scent and it’s so perfect for babes. Knowing it’s free of the artificial junk also makes my Mama heart happy. If you’re looking for something new try it you won’t be disappointed!

Packaging was beautiful!! Love that it comes with all of the info on cards. Easy to pass on to a friend or family member. I highly recommend these products!! My kids love them and so do I!
