Definitely a rain shower, ie it’s a gentle experience, but the spray pattern is precisely vertical which is what we were looking for to minimize the amount of splash in our small shower space. As rain heads go, this one has a decent sensation of pressure, but unlike some rain heads, it doesn’t aerate to create the sensation of more water pressure. Time will tell how easy it is to keep clean with our border-line hard water.08/21/20 Follow up: Still performing well, generally easy to keep the nozzles free of calcium, either by brushing with the back of my hand or the shower squeegee. Now thinking we should buy 2 more for our guest bathrooms, but find they no longer offer this model in chrome. Oh well!

I have already purchased two handheld showers from this company and love the performance and water pressure, so my expectations were high. They did not disappoint. The shower head is packaged well and the directions are easy to follow and very clear. The quality is apparent when you unpackage it and in my case, I felt this is just what I wanted the first time I used it. Somehow a hotel experience has become the standard for a quality shower; my shower is now better than any hotel I have ever been in.

I had an issue with a different shower head, which the seller resolved quickly and completely. This shower head appears to be well made, is attractive, and provides excellent water pressure. I use it with a shower arm to get it at my preferred height. My wife and I are very happy with this purchase."

It works fine as a shower head, it sprays water and doesn't leak. The reason for my low rating is, for the money I think it should be made of metal, but it's not. This thing is solid plastic. Could've got the same thing at Walmart for 30 bucks. WAY OVERPRICED!

When I received this product, it looked good. I was in the middle of remodeling my home and didn't think I would have any issues by looking at it.I wish I would have had my contractors test it. About time they got to the master shower to discover the water flow was very poor, it was too late to send it back. Smh
