The Good Bean Chickpea Snacks, Smoky Chili/Lime, Gluten and Nut Free, 6 Ounce

I really wanted to like these. I really wanted a healthy snack. And while these are not bland like the sea salt flavor, and while they do taste good with some kick, once you start chewing, they completely turn to sawdust. They are as dry as can be and the more you chew the harder they are to swallow and the more they taste like sawdust. I really hate wasting money. I can only do 2 things - try them on a salad as croutons as another reviewer suggested, or give them to charity. Eating these myself is just not an option.

Didn't care for these. I still gave them 4 stars because the quality appears to be good... chickpeas were fresh and crunchy and chili-lime flavor was intense, but they just remind me too much of a 'diet food'. I think I was permanently scarred by my history with roasted soy beans.The snack I prefer is the Enlightened Gluten-Free Roasted Broad (Fava) Bean Crisp Snack (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B017VUE7GE/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&th=1). They're a lot like corn nuts only bean based and much better for you.

these taste great but... needs more salt IMOthe ones i got had a good flavor and they are healthy and all but..it seemed like they needed more salt. it woulda been perfect it they were something like sea salt and chili flavor...the chili flavor was very mild. now i think depending on your taste it can vary but I just found these to be hardly spicy at all. So i do wish they were a bit more spicy.they were good though. great lil snack

no chili or lime flavor detected. Just the driest substance known to man. Eating this was like trying to do the saltine cracker challenge with a dehydrated tongue.

I sent a package of quick/easy foods to my dad while he was undergoing chemotherapy. I loved that I could send him a variety of food and not a single bulk item. Chemo messes with your taste and this is just what he needed to help him keep nourished and hydrated.

I buy the Biena chick peas, I bought these thinking they would be a similar texture with chili lime flavor which I love. Sadly, these aren't nearly as good as the Biena chick peas. They are a tad more dense, and well, just not as good in my opinion. Good flavor, but not the best chickpea snacks I've tried.

I purchased these based on a nutritional diet and wasn't sure what to expect as I have never had chick peas before. They are actually very good! Had them as a snack and the chili lime flavor was excellent. Light and not too hot either, just a nice break food. I have never seen them in a store, so I will continue to purchase here on Amazon but I do recommend them, they're surprisingly great

Terrible. The taste was like a wet dish rag - not that I’ve ever tasted one but this is what I would imagine they taste like if they were crunchy lol. Definitely disappointed with this. I was hoping it would have been somehow similar to corn nuts, just with a different flavor. Boy was I right, but not in the way I wanted to be.
