Tastes Great! I personally love that the values of the vitamins and minerals are all below 100% so I'm not shocking my organs into overdrive but am just supplementing the nutritional gap from not having the time to make breakfast or lunch.

I don't normally do reviews but thought this was important.My mom was struggling to eat and shakes was all she can do.She liked the taste of these shakes and it's all she wanted until she passed.Get these shakes guys there worth it.

This is great nutrition when you need it! And it tastes good.

This product was recommended by my GI Nutritionist. I want to pass along that this is a wonderful product! I have tried many nutrition shakes and ended up wasting money by dumping them down the sink. They were all too sickly sweet, too chalky, too thick and so on. Long story short, I have severe medical issues that makes it very hard for me to achieve proper nutrition normally. So two of these shakes can provide me roughly 50% of my nutritional needs! I tried the chocolate and then the vanilla. I buy them both to give myself a little variety of flavors. I wished they could come out with a strawberry flavor! Anyway, if you or someone is struggling with oral nutrition and you're sick of the sickly sweetness of other shakes, then please give these a try. If you're seeing a Nutritionist, they may be able to provide you with sample cartons. At least my Nutritionist was able to do that. It allowed me to try before I had to buy it. These are somewhat expensive, but well worth it to me. I hope that this post can help someone.

Kate Farms Adult Standard 1.0 Formula-Vanilla and Chocolate FlavorsThis product is wonderful!!! Both flavors are NOT super sickly sweet. Not gritty. No nasty after taste. Just simply delicious! I finally found something I can tolerate. My GI Nutritionist recommended this to me. She gave me some samples to try and the standard 1.0 vanilla and chocolate were the winners! It's helped me maintain weight and my labs are steady. This product is a blessing!!! While these are pretty expensive...please check the sites that sells these and have a chat with your nutritionist and see about any available discounts. I need 3-4 a day...so that can get very expensive. Insurance won't help since this can be bought "over the counter". But to me, it's a life saver. So if you're tired of the super sweet, thick, gritty, nasty after taste and the upset GI feeling OTC expensive shakes......then please give these a try. You won't be sorry! The standard formula also comes in a 1.4, which means more calories per container. Good luck!!!

I had heard so many wonderful things about Kate Farms and decided to try it when my GI problems got worse. I wanted a healthy nutritional drink that would provide good nutrition without the fructose and additives. I received the drink and the taste was terrible! Very chalky and cardboard tasting although I've never tasted cardboard! It was difficult to drink but I forced it down since I needed calories. About 45 minutes after drinking it, I developed severe cramping and stomach pain. I rushed to the bathroom where my endless bouts of diarrhea began after drinking Kate Farms nutritional drink. I had multiple diarrhea attacks for four straight days. Felt worse than I had ever felt. Now very weak, tired, and still without nutrition. When I attempted to return the product which was very expensive, I was told there were no returns allowed. Very disappointed in a product that does the opposite of what it should be doing. Would be excellent as part of a "colon-prep kit" for a colonoscopy. Buyer beware ... and the return policy needs to be changed since product is sealed.
