Excellent purchase! Super quiet, compact, sleek/professional looking, zero complaints! Colors are more muted (not garish or neon), which is really nice for my office setting (and I have a really bright lamp at my desk, which also makes a difference in how bright the colors appear in the pictures), but they're definitely still noticable. Perfect for what I wanted!

When I received this diffuser, I was so excited by how small, yet chic it was. Perfect size for my small office. This is the 3rd diffuser I have bought for my home as we love essential oils (each one is placed in a different room).However after using it for just an hour, what a disaster! The brown top cover which was easy to remove & place back on when first added the water & oils, MELTED after its first use! It was having some troubles staying on at first, but finally sorted itself out. When it automatically turned off about an hour later, we thought it had finished all the water inside, so I went to add more. However, I could not get the cover off. Neither could a strong male friend of mine. We had to pry it open with a flat edge knife and discovered that the brown cover on the inside had melted around the white plastic cup. There was even a sticky residue around the circle edge which was the melted plastic. Even parts on the bottom of the unit melted. We never smelled any burning or any other hint that the inside was melting. It is possible the smell may have been masked by the oils.We allowed it to air dry & the plastic re-hardened, but the unit will not turn on anymore- it is completely dead. Our electricity is 110 & the unit was placed on a hard, flat surface (tiles) to ensure it had sufficient air flow. The diffuser was definitely faulty to have overheated, melted the plastic, and burnt out the motor/electrical parts inside.This is very disappointing to say the least. I will be contacting the seller & updating my experience/review once I have heard back from customer service.EDITI contacted Home Mall US. They apologized, offered a replacement diffuser, and asked me to provide more photos with the S/N number. I responded the same day (15 June) and up to 2 July they still have not responded. No refund. No replacement. No response. This is very unsatisfactory.

It's quiet, light, and easy to use. I paired it with the pack of 8 essential KIS Oils from Amazon. The only problem is that if you don't put a small face towel or something down, it will soak the table or other objects nearby or that it's sitting on. This can cause damage to cheap furnishings like Ikea (can warp them).

Smaller that I anticipated but it works amazing. It last a few hours and turns off when there is no more water in it. I post only a few pics of my favorite colors, there are many more.
