This dress is a little big up top, but otherwise fits well. I got it to wear to church and date nights. It’s elegant and comfortable.

This dress is perfect! It fits so nicely, and hits at the sweet spot (around my knees) as I'm 5'3. I ordered the small, which was actually a size down from the recommended Medium, via the size chart. I didn't find that hip size mattered very much, although I'm a 31.5 inch waist and the small fits me fine. There's a little room to fudge because the dress material is a tiny bit stretchy, so it's fitted through the waist for me, but looks very sleek. I got the petticoat underskirt too, and it really does elevate the dress to a more dressy, retro, classy look. I most definitely recommend this dress.

I’m 5’9” 180 lb with a long torso and small/medium bust. Ordered a Medium. I generally fit in medium dresses when they’re stretchy because size larges are usually too big in the bust for me. This is a size Medium in the photo. It’s pretty cozy up there in the chest because the material is not stretchy and it is zippered all the way up the back. I’m going to try a size large just for reference but I’m happy with the chest coverage in the medium.It’s very flowy in the waist which is nice for dinner events that might leave you normally trying to suck it in. NO POCKETS!!The zipper is not top quality so I can imagine if you’re not careful, it will break with too much force so trust the person zipping you up with all your heart. FYI, There is a band just under the cups that create an extra tuff of material that the zipper has to gently yet also firmly get over.I ordered a few white belts that might add some flare to that band nicely but can also be worn as is!Easy to dress up for a formal event (why I bought it) or throw on a Jean jacket and flats and go casual.Again material is stiff—no stretch, so it’s slightly restricted in the arm pits but not so much that I cant raise my arms. I’m happy with the arm pit coverage which is always a self conscious trigger for me. I’ll have to follow up with what it looks like when I sweat here…Overall, there are lots of mixed reviews on this one but I say take the risk and try it on. My husband seemed genuinely wowed when I walked in the room. The only thing that would make this a 5 star dress is POCKETS! And maybe a 1-2% elastic material blend for some breathing room.

I got this dress for a friend's pre-wedding cocktail hour and it exceeded my expectations. The fabric is breathable and lightweight without being see-through. The dress is well constructed fits like a dream. The silhouette is very flattering and I was comfortable for the entire length of the cocktail party which was outdoors in Florida in the spring. I took it to Arizona for a graduation a month later and was still very comfortable. This is a great value!

The dress fit great! Fabric was nice and had some give to it so even if I overate it would probably still be comfortable. I could move and breath fine and at no time felt like I was squeezing myself into a dress. The problem with it though was the zipper. It got stuck when I first tried it on and I shrugged it off because I was able to get it to function correctly and at first glance it didn't appear to be damaged. However the night of the event I bought this for, the zipper split open along the teeth. I was able to get it off and realigned twice but the 3rd time, as I was walking to the venue a few blocks away I felt it split again. I stopped in a bathroom to remove the dress and discovered that this time the zipper pull had completely snapped apart. Thankfully I had a shawl to cover the dress because there was no time to turn around. Concierge service was also great and provided me some safety pins.I'm giving stars because it was definitely pretty and the fabric itself felt sturdy. But the zipper was super cheap. Thankfully I know how to sew so I replaced the zipper myself rather than put myself through the headache of taking a 2nd chance of this happening again.

Very pretty, fits true to size and well made.

This was a lovely dress but it did not fit my daughter as well as the other dress she ordered so we returned it. However, there were several things she commented about.Pros:She really liked the flow of the material and the clean pleats. The dress was well made and all of the stitching was well done. The cut was very flattering. The dress looks like it can be dressed up or down depending on shoes and jewelry you add to it.Cons:She did not love the shoulders as they were uncomfortable to her and the cut left a bit of gapping where the arms meet the chest. She also commented that it would be a perfect style to add pockets (and we would have done so if we kept it).Overall:For the cost, I would recommend trying the dress.

Beautiful dress. Lovely neckline and good fit. It is NOT a cotton fabric as described. I am satisfied with the fabric, but don't buy if you're looking for a cotton dress.
