Starts and stops constantly
After a couple weeks of waiting I revived the set of fans for a replacement to my original 5 year old computer fans. The fans were wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a decently sturdy box. After swapping out the fans and starting up my computer I found the right fan would start first spin for a second and stop. Once one stopped the other would spin up and then stop. Constantly starting fan 1, then stop, fan 2 start, then stop, and repeat. On the bright side my computer has a max fan setting, when turned to max they seem to work just fine.After a week of use I ordered another set of fans from another website. After installing the other set I noticed the fans worked the same as the original ones I revived with my original computer.Pro'sthey work just fine when set at max speedthey came well packagedCon'sVery annoying to hear each fan startup and stop then repeat over and over again...
