I'm a huge fan of "Theraflu" type cold medicine, makes my throat feel better and usually clears up my sinus for a little bit. This stuff is just as good as the name brand and possibly better. I've been stuck at home with the coco the last 2 days and breathing through the nasal congestion had been a challenge to say the least. Struggling to fall asleep cause I can't breath is the worst but taking this has me breathing easy even laying down. I bought the daytime so I could use it day or night so idk how the night is with helping you sleep, might have to give it a try

And while going to work sick is not recommended, if we have to go anywhere, this is a medication that will keep us going without feeling sleepy at all. I like that it mixes easy in hot water, and that the envelopes are easy to carry, so I can take them with me to the office, if necessary.Keep in mind, that the amount of acetaminophen included might not be enough to lower a high fever, but it's good to control headaches, and body aches. And the Dextromethorphan and the Phenylephrine included in a single serving of this GoodSense Daytime Multi-Symptom Flu & Severe Cold Powder, are enough to relief a cough and stuffy nose, so one might need to take a separate pill of Acetaminophen for high fever. Which might be necessary if one gets the flu, because most colds don't produce fever. This medication still offers effective relief to most of the worse symptoms of a cold.

The only problem with medicines like this are the fact that you never know when you are getting sick, which leaves people having to buy from the stores. this medicine is good to always have on hand. It is exactly like the brand name, the flavor is good, it dissolves easily and taste good as well. When I have a cold or flu, I like to feel the warmth from the drink in my throat, it helps to ease the inflammation. I would buy this and keep it to have on hand for sure. Its a great deal!

I used this product when I was having such a bad allergy attack -- in truth, I could not tell if it was allergy or coming down with "something!" (If you have very bad allergies, you know that you can sometimes also feel worn out, achy, etc.) It made me feel better, and that is what counts!

This is a very soothing drink. It tastes just like hot green tea with honey. This works just as well as Theraflu does. I drank this when I had the flu, and it helped me get through the day. Drinking it hot helped to soothe my sore throat, and warmed me when I had chills. It contains acetaminophen, which helped to lower my fever and eased my headache and body aches. The dextromethorphan hbr in it helped to suppress my cough. The phenylephrine hcl did an amazing job of decongesting my sinuses. The best thing about taking this was that it didn’t make me too drowsy to function.

If you have a cold of flu and want to stop the symptoms associated with that, then this will do just that. It won't make you better, it won't help get rid of your condition, it just makes you feel better (and in all fairness, having comfort/relief while you're sick, that's great!). The taste is actually much nicer than the standard lemon flavor and the aroma has a pleasant cooling scent to it. All in all, give it a try if you're sick, it may just make you feel better.

I have purchased this several times in the past because I like the taste and it’s soothing on the throat. I also believe it helps alleviate headaches that come with the flu. It is not a cure and will not make the flu “go away” but will comfort you until it runs its course.

This showed up at the perfect time, my daughter got hit with a summer cold and has been miserable the last two days. First I mixed this with just hot water and she wouldn't drink it, she said it was too bitter. I tasted it and totally agree. It has that aspartame taste in addition to the medicinal bitterness. So I made it again with half apple juice, half water and she actually liked it. Her fever went down soon after, it soothed her throat, so it worked well. It just tastes bad if you're not used to aspartame. But a good option for those who can't swallow pills.
