Very clever idea and it works....except for the plastic thingy that snaps on the end of the shoelace. 3 times it has come loose. I might have not put in on correctly but the next time it happens, I'll just tie a knot at the end and toss the plastic. You might want to leave the laces long if you decide to "knot-it"

I was excited to give these a try. One pair my sons dad was helping him tighten them and they broke. The other pair we have not used very much. Partly because it's too hard for my 5 year old to loosen and tighten them himself which defeats the purpose of why we bought them. But so far that pair has not broken but I'm not too hopeful. I think we will go back to a different style for our needs. These would be fine for adults maybe, but not little kids.

These are my third pair, I go through running shoes at a good pace. They keep my shoes right at the perfect fit, through out the entire run. I thought they would loosen up after a period of time. They hold tight. I love that I don’t have to worry about them coming untied at the wrong time.

If you like your laces pulled relatively tight, don’t buy these. They will tear apart with the slightest of efforts. However….if you like to have shoes that you can almost just slip on and off and you don’t want to tie and untie laces, these work pretty well. Again, they won’t be tight, so probably not for running or cycling shoes with laces.

With old guy neuropathy in my hands tying shoe laces sucks. This solves that problem. Easy to install too

I like the concept of the laces however I find that the slide that is supposed to tighten or loosen the laces doesn’t really work. I’ve attempted to tighten the laces when I was wearing my shoes. The laces would not stay tight. They continued to stay loose.

Bought these because I'm admittedly lazy in the mornings when I put on my shoes. The instructions are easy to follow and when done right, the fit is great. I usually tuck the little tab under the bottom band of the ties so it doesn't bounce against my foot when I jog. I bought black, grey, green and navy blue.

I like to use this type of lace on my walking shoes. This brand was okay . The lock at the end was not as good and easy to use as others I tried. One would not lock at all and the company sent me a replacement set.
