This case is very robust and looks durable. It has the foam padding inside to cut to your firearm size. The size of the case is good to fit about three pistols.

Can't yet speak to the longevity of this case but initial impressions are solid. It's well constructed and well thought out with the interior foam that allows for various depths when cutting it out for the equipment planned to transport within the case. It's the perfect size for adapting as a small-medium top case on a motorcycle. It will easily hold all the tools you'd take on a multiday camp, plus more. It will also perfectly fit a 13 inch macbook in a neoprene sleeve, plus a lot of camera gear. Very versatile and good quality.

Pelican cases are well built and do their job. However, I have yet to find the stainless steel lock hasps mentioned in the description for the V200 vault case.

Purchased this V200 case as I was curious how a pelican of this size had such a low price. I expected perhaps a knockoff case or a lower quality case but neither was the case. The case is both robust and well constructed with some very high quality latches and of course water resistant. I believe the reason this series is cheaper is because these are not made in the US. On the back of the case there is text that states "Made in Mexico." This may bother some, but I guarantee you that the same great pelican quality we all know and love is there.
