Based on my experience with multiple dog booties, I am going to give this brand a heads up. I have purchased multiple dog booties including a brand that cost over $100. While no one bootie will work for all dogs, I have found this to be as good as any for our particular dog. The issue for us is her dew claws and also she has fairly decent sized pads but skinny ankles. After getting these last year and not being overly happy with them, I pulled them back out now that I have tried some others and spent even more. Our girl, Tillie can walk in these as well as most of the boots. They have the double velcro that is helpful with the skinny ankles and they aren't causing her as much irritation for her dew claws. I have ordered another set just incase we ever lose one. I am sick of worrying about that issue that would render 1 set useless. The last 2 days she walked and didn't lose a single boot. We have made her walks shorter while wearing the booties because frankly dogs walk differently in boots. So for her well being and due to the excess cold and chemicals that makes us want to boot her up, a mile is as much as we do. I didn't know what to expect with my quest for boots but for us these are most likely as good as it gets. A little snow can get inside the boot but that is to be expected. I do not notice any wet inside the bootie other than where snow enters. The price is great! As I said, a different brand cost over $100. That brand sells them in 2s and indicated that dogs can have different sized front and back paws. That didn't make a difference with our dog who seemed to need the same size for all 4 of her paws. I did bump up the size a tiny bit. She measured at about 2.5 but the Size 6, large is best for her needs. She is 1/2 German Shepherd and weighs 60 pounds for reference. The size down didn't work and I am sure the size bigger would be way to big. Good luck on your quest. 4 stars only because they aren't perfect but they are the best we have found and for the best for your wallet

Purchased for my 110 lb German shepherd. He got routine to them after a few wears. I will saw be careful about their declaw. I saw a reviews back saying it rubs the declaw causing redness & concern of harm and I did notice it the first time. I ended up tightening it more after I put them on him let him walk then tighten it. He likes them (at least he doesn’t mind). Gives me peace of mind for the hot temperatures.

Scooby and I thank you so very much for making a great product that helps with a multitude of foot problems for dogs. Scooby has a cut on the bottom of his paw so protecting it from dirt and infection is of utmost importance for him and I.

The fact is that my labrador simply cannot walk on smooth surfaces with yer back legs. If not for these we would have had to either install carpet or say goodbye. It takes time. Point blank. I have spend an enormous amount of energy buying returning and trying all sorts of boots. These are as good as any out there, and the price point ~$30 is very solid because they are high quality. You WILL want to remove these every 1-2 weeks, give them a wash inside and wash your pups feet. allow your pups feet to breath from time to time. I do wish there was something that made it exactly like they are walking on their own paws... but shes adjusted and will have a much happier life thanks to these boots.

I bought these only to protect my dogs paw. She was dragging her paw because of nerve damage and her nail was being torn ect. It worked well. Gave her paw time to heal. Vet said not to leave them on for long periods. Very good sturdy quality.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased these dog boots in November of 2020 for my 9-year-old Doberman. I did not want to immediately write a review until I had a chance to check out the boots. I wanted to give a true and honest review, and now I am ready. I researched a variety of boots and reviewed a lot of online reviews, both good and bad reviews. I finally settled with Expawlorer because of the tread of the boot, the 2 velcro straps & the height of the boots for rain and snow conditions. My Doberman started to get arthritis in all 4 of her paws and legs, and her paws were giving out both indoors and outdoors. I really like the boots. They are well made, especially the tread and velcro. I wanted a rubber tread in case I wanted to use them indoors. The velcro straps are durable, and they wrap around my Doberman's leg very nicely. She only lost 1 boot in the yard because I didn't have the boot securely velcroed. I never had to purchase any boots for any of my Dobermans. I am thoroughly happy with these boots. There are 4 boots in this box. Watch, some companies have only 2 in the package so be careful reading the descriptions. I uploaded copies of each side of the box and a video to help anyone out that is undecided. At first, of course, my Doberman didn't like them, and it was something she had to get use to. Remember, dogs use their pads to feel so having boots on their paws takes away their sense of feeling the ground. On the box, there was no listing for a Doberman size. Even though I measured her foot according to the directions online, the box was slightly different in the directions. My Doberman measured at a size 6, but I ordered a size 7 because a prior review from a customer stated her dog got a sore on its paw from rubbing inside the boot. I am not sure if it was this boot, but I errored on the side of caution, and went up in size. Yes, the boots are "slightly" big around the first part of her paw, but when I velcro both straps around my dog's leg, its fine. I know that the company states waterproof, but I say water resistant. Hands down, I really like these boots, and I recommend them.

The media could not be loaded.  Have to walk my dog in order for her to poop! Snow was pretty hard on her…she would lift her paws as though she was in pain. Ordered these and the first set was too small. Placed another order (2 sizes up) and they fit! Just need to make sure the Velcro straps are secured. She seemed to like them…kept her paws toasty and dry.

Perfect and can't fault it. He has adjusted to them over a few days with alot of love (food) and this was his first walkies in them.

The media could not be loaded.  Absolutely love these!!! I live in a area where there is all lot of construction happening and my puppy is a fluff ball so it keeps her feet and my house clean. Super easy to put on and they stay on!! She has worn them off leash and while running around and trust me when I say that these stay on! My dog loves them (I think she doesn’t talk human lol). She adjusted to them in around 30 mins

Fast shipping, durable, and they actually stay on. Our dog had crack pads that weren't healing (he's an active, big boy), and these boots took a short while to get used to (they will get used to them, just not at minute 0), allowing his pads to heal in less than a week.

Comfort I can't really give you an honest review as its my dogs wearing them. She seems to like them as much as a cat in the bath, But they keep her feet protected and make snowy walks a lot better. They do keep her feet warmer than no boots and she can make it around the block without crying her feet got wet. They are a good product and affordable they get the job done.
