LS-Grips Copper & Silver Pearl Ruger Gp100 Grip Inserts

I have to chime in. These are just plain lovely on the gun. Some people that are smarter than me say that Ruger's are sort of kit guns and works in progress. Certainly true for my .44 special GP100. Folks talk about finding grips for smaller hands, my issue is the opposite. Her Majesty calls them "bear hands". So, been through several Hogue to replace the OEM "peg" grips from the factory and none felt quite right. Finally decided to go legacy and get the original Ruger style grips from Altamont. Yay, perfect! Then added these inserts and now, finally, have grips that draw well, point intuitively, and are surprisingly no less non-slip than checkered inserts. And, importantly, these are made by a US small business which is very concerned about customer service and product quality. The "gun biz" may be about the last place where a person with a good idea and commitment to other gunners can actually make a living.

The inserts were more beautiful in person than the advertised pictures. They made the stainless handgun look great. Hate to shoot the handgun and mess up the inserts, lol.

I have been looking at these since I got my GP100 and finally pulled the trigger. They look fabulous, they fit snuggly into the pocket and above expectations!I was kind of skeptical about the shipping as when I ordered them Wed. the 11th and Amazon was showing delivery from the 16th-19th and LSGRIPS shipped right a way to my surprise they showed up on the 13th !!
